Support - Remote Control

Make sure you are speaking with a Kraft & Kennedy, Inc. consultant before continuing.

1.  Download and run the following file:  Download Me.

2.  From the main screen, double click on the "Internet Support Encryption"

3.  Enter the ID number you have received from your Kraft & Kennedy, Inc. Consultant and click OK.

4.  Wait for your consultant to connect to your workstation.  Once the connection is broken the software will be automatically removed from your workstation and will need to be downloaded again in order to reconnect.
